AFC Capital Partners (ACP) is seeking a commercially astute consultant – a financing and product specialist – to support fundraising, investor engagement and product positioning across its alternative investment strategy.
This role is suitable for an investment professional with a strong involvement in real assets or private markets who can work reliably at the intersection of investment teams and institutional investors.
The successful candidate will contribute throughout the fund’s lifecycle, from origination and positioning to fundraising and ongoing investor reporting.
main responsibilities
1. Funding and investor relations
Support your fundraising efforts across ACP’s investment products.
Serve as a product and market specialist in meetings with institutional investors, family offices, and private wealth platforms.
Articulate strategy, track record, performance drivers and market outlook clearly and authoritatively.
Prepare and respond to due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), RFIs, and ad hoc investor requests.
Participates in roadshows, investor meetings, and industry conferences as required.
2. Product specialists and content development
Develop and refine high-quality investor materials, including:

information memo
Fund presentation
fact sheet
Quarterly and annual reports
Market commentary
Translate complex fund structures and investment strategies into clear and compelling messages.
Ensures all communications are consistent with ACP’s investment philosophy and brand positioning.
Provide regular updates to both internal and external investors.
3. Product development and financing
We support the establishment of new funds and strategies with legal, tax and financial advisors.
Contribute to fund positioning, product strategy, and go-to-market messaging.
Assist in the preparation of regulatory documents and investor approval materials.
4. Market and competitive information
Monitor developments across infrastructure, energy transition, real assets and private markets.
Perform competitor analysis to support funding strategy and product positioning.
Provides insight into capital flows, investor sentiment, and evolving institutional requirements.
5. Internal collaboration
Gain a deep understanding of your portfolio, deals, and pipeline activity.
Collaborate with investment, legal, finance, marketing, and business development teams.
Serve as a trusted internal advisor on investor messaging and product strategy.
Competency and skill requirements
Deep understanding of alternative investments, particularly infrastructure, energy transition and private markets.
Experience supporting or leading fundraising initiatives.
