Africa Prosperity Network has announced the winners of Make Africa Borderless Now! The logo design competition was held following an overwhelming response from creators across Africa and the African diaspora around the world.

The network said in a statement that the Pan-African contest, which began on January 14, 2026, received 1,041 entries from designers from all six regions of Africa – East, West, North, South and Central Africa, as well as the diaspora known as Global Africa.

“This remarkable participation demonstrates widespread enthusiasm for the movement’s vision of a united Africa without borders, with seamless trade, travel and economic integration,” the network said.

The winners were originally scheduled to be announced on January 26th, but organizers extended the deadline to thoroughly evaluate the unusually high number of applications.

The network said submissions went through a rigorous, multi-step selection process based on creativity, conceptual clarity and alignment with the movement’s vision.

541 designs were selected in the first round, followed by 80 finalists in the second round. Five designs competed in the final stage before being narrowed down to 10 finalists.

The final decision was taken by the African Prosperity Network Board of Directors.

“The winning designs stood out for their exceptional ability to capture all aspects of the Make Africa Borderless Now! concept,” the statement added.

The group noted that the logo clearly reflects the movement’s goal of promoting the African single market and the free movement of people, goods, services and capital across the continent.

The winning logo will be officially unveiled during the official launch of “Make Africa Borderless Now!” on the third day of the “Africa Prosperity Dialogue 2026” at the Accra International Conference Center. movement.

Organizers say the announcement marks the beginning of a continent-wide campaign aimed at accelerating economic integration and shared prosperity.

Make Africa borderless now! The initiative is a pan-African movement that advocates for removing barriers to trade and travel to unlock Africa’s economic potential and improve livelihoods across the continent and in the diaspora.

The initiative is led by the African Prosperity Network, a pan-African organization focused on advancing economic integration, sustainable development and shared prosperity through strategic partnerships and policy engagement.
