    This year’s MSGBC Oil, Gas & Power 2025 conference and exhibition will feature a high-level lineup of global consultants and regulatory experts who will play a central role in enhancing, negotiating and delivering major energy developments across the MSGBC Basin.     Representing one of the most experienced legal advisory teams in West Africa, Mr. Ojogbo is expected to provide insight into navigating regulations across multiple jurisdictions across Mauritania, Senegal, Gambia, Guinea-Bissau and Guinea-Conakry. CLG is known for advising clients on the Greater Tortue Armayim LNG development and supporting licensing, permitting, financial compliance and cross-border regulatory coordination between Senegal and Mauritania. The company also provides guidance on licensing energy generation, transmission and distribution. Tax and customs regime. and a national procurement framework that shapes key upstream and midstream investments.

    Meanwhile, Senegal-based law firm Geni & Kebe acted as legal advisor to Senegal’s first offshore oil discovery and supported the Cairn Energy-ConocoPhillips-FAR Limited joint venture. The firm also advised on Senegal’s largest ever power generation project, including the 120MW Marikunda thermal power plant, and served as lender advisor to the country’s flagship utility-scale renewable project, the Taiba Ndiaye wind farm.

    Actively building high-impact projects in Equatorial Guinea and West Africa, Bioko Consulting has supported developments related to the Bioko oil terminal, as well as upstream exploration, midstream storage, and downstream refining efforts.
