    What is the AFC Internship Program?

    The AFC Internship Program is designed to give high-potential professionals an inside look at a pan-African multilateral development financial institution.     To be eligible, applicants must have:

    A good first degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or Science At least three years of professional experience in infrastructure investment, investment banking, or financial advisory Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, research, and presentation development Fluency in spoken and written English (knowledge of French, Spanish, Portuguese, or Arabic is an added advantage) Willingness to live and work in Lagos, Nigeria

    Additional qualifications such as an MBA, MSc or related professional qualifications will enhance your applicant profile.

    The Africa Finance Corporation Internship 2026 is fully sponsored and interns will be financially supported throughout the program. The advantages are:
