    What are the key strategic priorities driving JK Cement UAE’s next phase of growth across the Middle East and Africa?

    Our next phase of growth in the Middle East and Africa is driven by key strategic priorities centered around expanding our regional presence and product diversification through our advanced construction chemistry solutions, named JK ProfiX. The strategy includes first catering to the local UAE market and then expanding exports across the GCC, Africa and Southeast Asia. JK Cement UAE aims to maintain its superior position in the market in terms of quality and innovation. This includes continuous research and development and quality control to ensure that our products meet the construction industry’s specific and stringent standards.

    How has the introduction of the JK ProfiX Construction Chemicals division strengthened your company’s position in delivering more sustainable and high-performance building solutions?

    The JK ProfiX Architectural Chemistry division has strengthened JK Cement’s position by offering a range of advanced products designed to enhance structural integrity, durability and environmental friendliness, in line with modern green building standards. The JK ProfiX division therefore positions JK Cement UAE not just as a material supplier, but as a provider of comprehensive and innovative solutions essential for modern and sustainable infrastructure development.

    The acquisition of JK DryChem Industries is a major milestone. What opportunities does this create to expand your product portfolio and regional market presence?

    JK DryChem Industries LLC creates a significant opportunity for JK Cement to diversify its product portfolio into high-demand construction chemicals and establish a stronger local market presence. The Ras Al Khaimah Special Economic Zone (RAKEZ) facility will serve as a central hub for manufacturing and export. This expansion is in line with the rapid growth of the construction and building materials sector in the UAE and GCC, and JK Cement is well positioned to take advantage of ongoing infrastructure developments. The plant will initially focus on manufacturing liquid construction chemicals to serve the immediate UAE and GCC markets, establishing a strong local base and presence before scaling up for export.

    JK Cement UAE currently supplies products to over 40 countries. What approach have you taken to expand your market and tailor your product innovations to diverse geographies?

    Our approach to the market combines strategic geographic positioning, customized product development based on local needs, and leveraging our strong brand reputation for consistent quality. The quality of our white cement is among the best in the world, which opens the door to introducing a new range of high quality solutions such as dry mixes and construction chemicals. JK Cement aims to be a one-stop shop for all your construction needs.

    A core part of your leadership has been employee empowerment and workplace culture transformation. How can transparency, visibility, and trust lead to stronger business outcomes?

    Transparency, recognition, and trust are the foundational ingredients of a positive workplace culture, and fostering engaged, engaged, and loyal employees directly leads to stronger business outcomes. JK Cement Ltd. MD, Dr. Raghavpat Singhania, Jt. Dr. Madhav Singhania has always deeply espoused these values ​​in order to build trust and motivation among employees, which has always been a key focus in the leadership of JK Cement.

    As 2025 draws to a close, how do you feel about this year? What plans does JK Cement UAE have for 2026?

    2025 marks an important period of strategic expansion and consolidation for JK Cement UAE as the UAE construction market continues to boom. The company has focused on diversifying its products by developing around 60 new construction chemical solutions and strengthening its presence in the region.

    A major highlight was the establishment of the JK DryChem Industries LLC manufacturing facility in Ras Al Khaimah Special Economic Zone (RAKEZ), a move aimed at serving as a major regional production and export hub.

    JK Cement UAE’s plans for 2026 are focused on commissioning new facilities, enhancing the performance of new product lines, developing a new range of construction chemical solutions, leveraging major infrastructure projects and expanding the company’s global footprint. This year will be the year of JK ProfiX.
